During my stay, I faced several significant issues. Our room was situated right off the lobby, which meant constant noise from breakfast preparation and lively conversations. Additionally, the toilet didn't flush properly half the time, and the hotel's response to our complaints was frustratingly dismissive. We had to rely on public restrooms nearby, which was far from acceptable given the room price.

Comfort and Coziness Await

The moment we stepped in, the warm atmosphere embraced us. The comfy beds and friendly staff made our stay truly enjoyable. Breakfast was delightful!

However, the noise from the lobby was quite disruptive at night, making it hard to sleep. It felt like the party never stopped!

The breakfast included was delightful, especially the pastries that were a treat! Also, the staff was super friendly and the location was perfect, just a stroll away from fantastic eateries like La Olla and Tierra del Sol. Plus, the cozy vibe with only a handful of rooms made for a lovely stay.

During our family trip, we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby local restaurants, where we discovered some incredible Oaxacan flavors that delighted everyone, especially my granddaughter. The breakfast was also excellent, making our mornings enjoyable and filled with delicious options.

For dads, it would be great if the beds were more comfortable.

casa vertiz was an amazing place to stay. the location is perfect, on a quiet street only about a 10-minute walk from the central square. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. i really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the conchas—definitely some of the best i've ever had!

The proximity to excellent restaurants and cultural sites made it easy for my work commitments and leisure.

I enjoyed my stay here. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast. The room was quiet with a firm mattress and good pillows. I appreciated the high-pressure shower as well. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. ☕

Charming room, welcoming staff, the location is wonderful being very close to the Stamp Museum and Jardine, and the breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was a delightful start to our day.
